Goal setting is that concept. With both self devolpment and business devolpment you first have to see the strengths and weakness. What is good and what needs improvement. Then you need to reasearch possible solutions and once that solution is found you set it up and put it into action.

 

If you begin to appoarch all areas of your life with this frame of mind and over all appoarch you will see that you will start to become more focused,disaplined,purposful and objective which will lead to success in every area you strive for success.
